Position Summary:
As a Store Manager & Trainer, you'll be the operational leader of our Sarasota Supercenter — driving sales, mentoring new team members, and elevating the in-store experience. You’ll lead by example, manage store performance, and ensure new sales associates are trained to excel in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist customers through their purchasing journey
- Train and mentor new sales associates to ensure consistent execution
- Achieve individual and store sales goals with excellence
- Oversee store operations, visual standards, and inventory accuracy
- Manage customer quotes, payment processing, and post-sale follow-up
- Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure 5-star execution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience
- 1+ year of team leadership, store management, or sales training
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Tech proficiency: POS, CRM, and mobile quoting tools
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with assistance)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
